Lieu Dit has established itself as one of California’ qualitative leaders when it comes to Loire Valley varietals. Their Sauvignon Blanc comes from three separate vineyards in the Santa Ynez valley, and fermentation occurs both in tank and barrel. The resulting wine is bright, fresh, crisp, and mineralic with wonderful notes of taut citrus, crushed rock, and lime zest. If you like Sancerre, give this a try!
