Description
This age worthy bucket list white is made from 100% old vine Carricante grown in the mineral rich volcanic soils on the slopes Mount Etna. The wine is fermented in stainless steel using only indigenous yeast and rested on the lees for 2 years plus another year in the bottle. The finished wine is high toned, aromatic and intensely mineralic with notes of apple, citrus, fennel, almond, crushed rock and sea salt. Magical with seafood!
